*If your child does not have their current immunization record on file, they will be excluded from school until it is or until proper documentation is received that your child is "in progress." Click here for the school district's immunization requirements.
*Beginning with the 2013-2014 school year, the health room will no longer provide over-the-counter medications (acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and antacid) for students. Parents may bring these medications (new, unopened, and not expired) for their child's use along with a completed Medication Administration form. The form is available on the District website or may be obtained from the health room. Prescription medications must have the prescription label attached, which includes the student's name and dosing instructions. Please contact the health room staff for assistance.
*During cold weather, please be sure your child has a coat, hat, and gloves for recess.
