2021 Bond Program Proposed Projects

New Middle School #2

A 500-600 student capacity middle school with potential for expansion on the donated 80 acres at Hwy 152 & Platte Purchase.

First Phase of PCHS Rebuild

As part of PCHS’s master plan, all areas of the school will be rebuilt or renovated to improve the learning environment and address facility issues that come with an aging building. The first phase of this rebuild will be a part of the 2021 Bond Program and will include 26 classrooms and learning labs; a new main gymnasium complex, cafeteria commons, kitchen/serving area, a new baseball field, and improved parking and traffic patterns.

Barry School and Pathfinder Elementary Improvements

With the New Middle School #2 serving our southern attendance area, Barry School and Pathfinder Elementary would be converted and renovated to support a PreK-5 environment.

District-wide Upgrades

Improvements would be prioritized in each school facility with emphasis on safety and security improvements as well as technology upgrades.
