On Saturday, October 30, PCHS hosted the Northwest Missouri All-District Choir performance, conducted by Dr. Jennaya Robison, Director of Choral Activities at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. The accompanist was Mrs. Lorrie Dixon, collaborative pianist at Missouri Western State University. The choir performed the following pieces at the concert:

  • "Sing, My Child" by Sarah Quartel
  • "If Ye Love Me" by Thomas Tallis
  • "Deep Peace" by Elaine Hagenberg
  • "Let All the World in Every Corner Sing" by Ralph

Twenty-seven PCHS vocalists were members of the All-District Choir. During the all-day rehearsal, juniors and seniors were given the opportunity to audition for the 2022 Missouri-All State Choir, which will perform at the annual Missouri Music Educators Association Convention in late January.
