Southwest Food Excellence provides the food service program for Platte County R-3 School District. Both Southwest Food Excellence and the District are committed to providing a healthy, nutritional food program for our staff and students.

Online Meal Payments

Parents can deposit money for meal transactions through K12PaymentCenter. Parents can access K12PaymentCenter via this link or when signing in to PowerSchool Parent Portal. In addition to allowing for better and faster service to students during meal times at school, the online portion of the new system provides a much-needed update to District tools. Transactions up to $65.82 will receive a flat transaction fee of $2.60; transactions above $65.82 will receive a transaction fee of 3.95% of the total. If using an eCheck the total fee is $1.80.

Parents can still deposit money for meal transactions by sending payment via check or cash to their child's school.
